Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients:


1/2 kilo sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pack ginisa mix
a dash of red chili flakes
1 pack beef and herb gravy mix, prepared according to package directions



Procedure:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add beef then sprinkle half the packet of ginisa mix. Cook and stir fry from 3 to 4 minutes. Place on a plate and set aside.
  2. Place remaining oil in the same pan and heat. Add chili flakes and fry for a couple of seconds. Add in the broccoli then sprinkle remaining ginisa mix . After a few seconds, add the beef back into the pan.
  3. Stir in gravy mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender
