Stir-fried Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
3 cups bean sprouts or togue
1 medium carrot, julienned
1 can button mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 pack ginisa mix
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil




Procedure:
  1. Pan fry chicken in oil until golden brown.
  2. When chicken is almost cooked through, add carrots, mushrooms and togue.
  3. Sprinkle ginisa mix. Toss soy sauce in pan then mix all the ingredients.
  4. Drizzle in sesame oil. Stir and serve hot.
