Pork Embutido

Ingredients:

1 kilo ground pork
1 pc. chorizo bilbao, chopped
5 tbsp oyster sauce
2 pcs. whole egg
5 tbsp flour
2 pcs. onion finely chopped
5 tbsp pickle relish
1 small can pimiento chopped
5 tsp ground pepper
5 tbsp brown sugar

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients. Mash well and roll into an aluminum foil. Make 4-5 rolls and steam for 40-50 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
