Ingredients:
1/2 kilo sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 cup water
2 tsp cornstarch 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 pack ginisa mix
3 cups assorted vegetables, such as chopped young corn, sliced button mushrooms, red bell pepper strips, and snow peas.
Procedure:
- Mix cornstarch, water, and soy sauce in a small bowl until smooth, set aside.
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on medium high heat. Add beef, sprinkle ginisa mix , cook and stir for 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Then remove beef from skillet.
- Add vegetables, cook and stir fry for 3 minutes. Return beef to skillet.
- Stir soy sauce mixture, add to skillet. Stir constantly, bring to boil on medium heat until slightly thick. Then Serve with rice and enjoy.
