1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
3 cups bean sprouts or togue
1 medium carrot, julienned
1 can button mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 pack ginisa mix
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Procedure:
- Pan fry chicken in oil until golden brown.
- When chicken is almost cooked through, add carrots, mushrooms and togue.
- Sprinkle ginisa mix. Toss soy sauce in pan then mix all the ingredients.
- Drizzle in sesame oil. Stir and serve hot.
