Mango Buko Loco

Ingredients:

3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1 cup buko water
1 can condensed milk
2-1/2 cups coarsely chopped ripe mangoes
2 cups coarsely chopped buko meat (2 pcs. buko)

Procedure:

1. Dissolve gelatin in buko water. Bring to boil just until gelatin dissolved. Turn off heat and stir in condensed milk, mangoes and buko meat.
2. Pour into desired molds and chill until set.
